BOOKING AND BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER PERSON
Enter the first and last name and contact information of the person arriving for the massage in the reservation.
The first visit always includes the collection of statutory background information and, if necessary, an initial investigation. For this reason, booking a 30-minute treatment appointment for the first visit is allowed, but not recommended.
Massage as a treatment is an intimate situation that requires sense of security, strong presence and trust. For this reason, it would be important that the person arriving for treatment knows in advance where they are coming to and that they have time to prepare for coming to treatment.
IN CASE OF ILLNESS
If you are sick, contact me immediately by phone or text message (not by email until you have called), even if your appointment is less than 24 hours away. Let's just reschedule your appointment so this stays pleasant for both of us.
Canceling appointment the day before = OK, no billing.
Cancellation of appointment during the same day = 50% billing of the price of the booked appointment.
Non-cancelled time = 100% billing of the reserved time.
Non-cancelled time after which you do not answer my call or message within 10 minutes of contact = 150% billing of the reserved time.
